📋 Scottland Bets — Betting Rules

All football markets are settled on the result after 90 minutes of regulation play plus referee-added injury time ONLY. Extra time, penalty shoot-outs, and golden goals are excluded unless the market name explicitly states otherwise (e.g., "Including Extra Time").

Bets on a match are void if the match does not commence within 48 hours of its originally scheduled kick-off time.

If a match is abandoned or suspended, and is replayed within 24 hours from the original kick-off, all bets stand on the rescheduled fixture.

If a match is abandoned after 75 minutes of play, all settled markets (where the result is determined) will stand. All other unsettled markets will be void.

If abandoned before 75 minutes, all bets on that match are void and stakes returned in full.

In the event of a venue change, bets stand provided the designated home and away teams remain unchanged. If the home/away designation is reversed (neutral venue replacing home ground), all bets are void.

Own goals do not count for individual goalscorer markets. They DO count for Total Goals, Over/Under, and Correct Score markets.

Injury time and stoppage time are counted as part of the standard 90 minutes for all settlement purposes.

If a VAR review changes a goal or red card decision, bets are settled on the corrected official result, not the original on-field decision.

All bets are accepted subject to these rules and Scottland Bets' General Terms & Conditions. These rules shall be applied in respect of all products, services, and betting facilities.

The minimum stake per selection is $0.5 USD. The maximum stake per single bet is $50,000 USD. The maximum stake per accumulator is $25,000 USD.

The maximum payout per ticket is $50,000 USD regardless of total odds, stake, or number of selections. Potential returns exceeding this are capped at the maximum payout.

Accumulators are limited to a maximum of 10 selections. Accumulators with 3 or more legs qualify for a 5% Win Boost on the gross return.

Minimum accepted odds per selection are 1.10×. Selections priced below this will not be accepted into any bet slip.

Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Your booking reference (ZB-XXXXXXXX) is your proof of bet.

All winnings must be claimed within 90 days of the final settlement date. Unclaimed winnings revert to the promotional pool.

Scottland Bets reserves the right to void, limit, or refuse any wager without explanation, particularly where irregular betting patterns are detected.

If one or more selections in an accumulator are declared void (e.g., match abandoned pre-75min), the accumulator is recalculated without the void leg(s) and settled accordingly.

All Total Goals markets use the combined goals scored in the official 90-minute period only.

Push Rule: If the final total exactly matches the betting line (e.g., you backed Over 2.5 and exactly 2 goals are scored, or Under 2.5 and exactly 3 goals are scored), your stake is refunded as a void bet.

Asian Handicap bets use 0.5 goal increments to eliminate draws — no push outcomes. European Handicap (3-way) can result in a push on the exact line.

Both Teams To Score (BTTS): Settled after the full 90 minutes. Own goals count. Goals in extra time do not.

An accumulator (parlay) requires a minimum of 2 selections. Maximum is 10 selections per ticket.

For an accumulator to win, ALL selections must win. If even one leg loses, the entire accumulator is lost.

If 3 or more legs qualify and all legs win, an automatic 5% Win Boost is applied to your gross return before the ZIMRA levy deduction.

Selections from the same event cannot be combined in the same accumulator, even if from different markets.

Maximum accumulator stake is $25,000 regardless of the number of legs. Maximum payout is still capped at $50,000.

A Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) Betting Levy of 15% applies to ALL net winnings on sports bets, in accordance with the Lotteries and Gaming Act, Chapter 10:26.

ZIMRA levy is calculated on NET PROFIT only (return minus stake), not on gross payout. Example: Stake $10, win at 3.00 odds → gross return $30, net profit $20, ZIMRA levy = 15% × $20 = $3.00, amount credited = $27.00.

The levy is deducted automatically at the point of settlement. No additional levy is deducted at withdrawal.

Players are responsible for any additional personal income tax obligations arising from betting winnings, as required by Zimbabwean law.

A bet is void and the stake is returned if: the event does not start within 48 hours of its scheduled time; the event is abandoned before 75 minutes; the market is suspended due to a technical error at Scottland Bets; or an event is cancelled by the organiser.

Void bet refunds are credited to your account balance within 24 hours of the void decision.

Bets placed after an event has started (late bets due to technical reasons) will be voided without notice.

Scottland Bets reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a pricing error, with the stake refunded in full.

Live betting is subject to additional stake restrictions based on the time remaining and current match score. Stakes may be reduced by up to 95% in the final minutes of play.

Live bet acceptance is at Scottland Bets' discretion. Bets may be refused or delayed during key moments (goals, VAR reviews, etc.).

All live bets are settled on the same basis as pre-match bets — 90 minutes only.

Live bet odds can change between the moment you submit and the moment we accept. If odds have changed, you will be notified and asked to re-confirm.
