1.Scottland Bets Ltd ("Scottland Bets", "we", "us", "the Company") is incorporated in Zimbabwe and operates under Zimbabwe Gaming Board (ZGB) Licence No. ZGB/2024/001.

2.Our registered office is at 23 Charter Road, Harare CBD, Harare, Zimbabwe.

3.Scottland Bets operates a multi-channel betting platform offering sports betting, casino games, virtual sports, Aviator, Lucky Numbers, and Jackpot products.

1.You must be 18 years of age or older to register and bet with Scottland Bets. We operate strict age verification procedures.

2.You must be a resident of Zimbabwe or be physically located in Zimbabwe at the time of placing bets.

3.Each customer may only hold one (1) account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and winnings confiscated.

4.You must provide accurate personal information during registration. Scottland Bets reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time.

5.Scottland Bets reserves the right to refuse registration to any person without providing a reason.

1.Minimum deposit: $1.00. Deposits are processed instantly (subject to payment provider processing times).

2.Minimum withdrawal: $5.00. Maximum withdrawal: $1,000 per day. Withdrawals to same payment method used for deposit.

3.Scottland Bets does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile money provider may charge their own fees.

4.Deposits held in your Scottland Bets account do not accrue interest. Scottland Bets holds customer funds in protected bank accounts.

5.Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank wire transfers may take 3-5 business days.

1.All bets are subject to Scottland Bets Betting Rules, available at scotlandbets.co.zw/page/betting-rules.

2.All betting markets are settled at the discretion of Scottland Bets, in accordance with our Betting Rules.

3.Winning bets must be claimed within 90 days of the event date. Unclaimed winnings will be forfeited.

4.Scottland Bets uses official data feeds (Sportradar) for sports event settlement.

5.Scottland Bets reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious technical errors, incorrect odds, or clear human error.

1.All bonuses and promotions are subject to separate bonus terms and conditions displayed at the time of the offer.

2.Bonuses must be wagered before they can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirement: 10× bonus amount on sports bets with minimum odds 1.50.

3.Scottland Bets reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

4.Bonuses are valid for 30 days from credit unless otherwise stated.

1.In accordance with Zimbabwean law, a 15% Betting Levy is payable on all net betting winnings. This levy is collected by Scottland Bets and remitted directly to the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA).

2.Net winnings = Gross Return − Stake. ZIMRA Levy = 15% × Net Winnings. Your account is credited with: Gross Return − ZIMRA Levy.

3.Scottland Bets issues ZIMRA levy receipts for all taxable transactions. These are available in your account history.

1.Scottland Bets is committed to responsible gambling. We offer deposit limits, loss limits, self-exclusion, and reality checks.

2.We comply with all ZGB responsible gambling requirements and cooperate with the National Responsible Gambling Programme (NRGP Zimbabwe).

1.These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.

2.Any dispute shall first be referred to Scottland Bets Customer Support. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the Zimbabwe Gaming Board.

3.The ZGB's decision on disputes relating to the legality of the operation is final.
